Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 remains the most powerful road-going Camaro produced so far and despite Camaro recently receiving a dramatic facelift, most potent specification car, Camaro Z/28, simply is not as powerful as ZL1.

Well, according to Automobile Magazine that is because Chevrolet Motors has decided to maintain front-end from previous generation Camaro into facelifted version because changing front fascia would have required too much aerodynamic rectification.

It is currently unclear when 2014 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 will be unveiled but due to following prototypes featuring little or no camouflage, we would not be surprised if a reveal was not just around corner.
