Report: Tata Safari Storme gets a Facelift
Tata Motors will enlighten the Safari Storm renewal in the second week of April 2015. The renewed product should be out for sales by April 2015, estimated around INR 10-14 lakhs, ex showroom.

The Spied pictures of the new look of the beauty machine, predicts the Safari Storm with a face lift would get an exquisite exterior make over. A new Land Rover grille, with a mesh layout for the air dam. However these were the only changes observed so far as per the pics. There is another minor update in the front bumper, that it would wear a varicor 400 badge, highlighting the renewed dynamo.
Talking inside on the engine, the new Storm would be carrying the similar 2.2L-Four cylinder diesel engine , but would be more efficient in order to produce 160PS and 400NM of Force. These claims are around 20PS and 80Nm higher than the current performance of the machine. Teamed up with a 5-speed manual transmission, the machine would continue with the offer of the two variants like the 2WD and 4WD. An automatic Transmission variant is also expected.
As reported, inshore the Storme bears a few more cosmetic changes like the Harman Kardon sound system and elevated controls on the steering wheel, there is an option of a captain’s chair for the second row and a front face third row stall.
Tata Motors is expecting to elevate its sales with the certain changes. Currently the brand is able to pull out about 650 units only in a month.
