Tata Kite along with Narain Karthikeyan Spied and Captured
The Tata Kite has been in the news for quite some time now, this time it has been spied and clicked while on a test, along with the Formula 1 racer Narain Karthikeyan sitting inside, so does he like the car so much, is he talking a test drive in it, or is the brand Tata thinking about endorsing the car in his name.
The Tata Kite has been in the news for quite some time now, this time it has been spied and clicked while on a test, along with the Formula 1 racer Narain Karthikeyan sitting inside, so does he like the car so much, is he talking a test drive in it, or is the brand Tata thinking about endorsing the car in his name? A production-ready although masked trial-model of the Tata Kite the dubbed hatchback was captured nearby Lonavla, Maharashtra lately along with ex F1 driver, Narain Karthikeyan driving the wheel.
Tata Motors declared during the previous year that the F1 driver would support the company promote its models for a drive and conduct, and this could be an act, as per his commitment yet again. In contrast to the last few models, the Tata Kite seen here acquires production-ready alloy wheels along with 10-spoke units, a production-spec fender at the fore along with fog lamps enclosure and a divided design for the airdam. The rest of the layout specifications on the Tata Kite comprise a honeycomb-mesh grille, wing mirrors acquired from the Zest/Bolt along with a broad spoiler at the rear.
Grounded on a re-structured variant of the Indica’s platform, the Tata Kite and a mini sedan extracted on it are the next two ‘all-new’ models from the brand. The Kite hatchback would replace the Tata Indica in the private passenger marketplace, whereas the compact sedan would replace the Indigo eCS. Both, the eCS and the Indica are projected to continue in the commercial segment anyways.
