The car is clad with a unique mask, while the highlight being the fresh and new alloy wheels. These alloys are unique while comparing them with the last ones seen on the test mule, earlier.
The car is projected to hurl in the market within the current year, while enhancing the festive season shortly. S101 would be the brand’s entry-level B-segment product and is highly possible to be carrying a price tag of INR 4 to 6 Lakh. The brand Mahindra has established that the car would be releasing its first ever, in-house crafted petrol unit, equipped in the eminent S101. The company adds on that this mill would be a part of the latest range of petrol units that would comprise of a 1.2L, 1.6L and 2.0-liter engines.
Upon its launch the car would give a tough time to the upcoming Tata Kite, Maruti WagonR and Chevy Beat, with the rest. Talking about the Chevrolet Beat, the Mahindra S101 sports identical placement of the toggles at the back door, being carved on the C-pillars. The car would use the other parts with the recently tossed TUV 300 and may sport the similar 1.5L mHawk80 diesel unit that finds its place in the TUV 300 SUV.
