Nissan is all geared up for the launch of their new brand Datsun. The brand is coming to hit the markets like India, Russia, South Africa and Indonesia after a long wait of 32 years. The globe Premier of the new Datsun will be going to be witnessed by the heat of India New Delhi, on July 15. Predictably the CEO of the company will be going to unveil the first Datsun model. The model unveiled by the company’s official might be a five door hatchback. We predictably think that company has set the coming car for hitting the small car market, but this can be only said by after the unveiling of the car.

The Datsun hatchback might be priced competitively at the range of four lakhs. Nissan motors are counting high on the coming brand. Nissan motors are doing well in India after the launch of Sunny. Sunny became a crowd puller for the company. The present model of the hatchback from Nissan is Micra, which is also giving good business to the auto major. The company is trying to launch the car especially on the budget end of the market so that car can rise up high numbers in terms of sales.

Auto major has an idea to sale at around 150,000 to 200,000 every year in the sub continent.  The new brand will be going to make a blend of luxury, comfort, safety, ease of handling and the reliability of Datsun Engineering. Vincent Cobee, corporate vice president of Datsun said that “India is a tough market and it’s not going to be a picnic for us, but we believe Datsun can crack it with modernity and a superior product”.
