Honda CB Shine 5 million sales creates domestic global records

In two-wheeler maker Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) said that its flagship bike Honda CB Shine has create global record to touched the 5-million unit sales, largest selling bike in the 125-cc segment in the country and the largest selling two wheeler motorcycle across the world. 

 

As you know HMSI is the second largest two-wheeler company. The company has rolled out the 50th lakh CB Shine from its Tapukara, Rajasthan, two-wheeler plant. 

 

 

All new Honda CB Shine comes with BS-IV emission standard, its making the third offering to with the new emission norms in the market.

 

Y S Guleria, senior vice-president for sales & marketing said the Honda CB Shine is the most loved and popular motorcycle in the 125cc segment. 

 

"Over the past decade, Shine has become the most important motorcycle in our line-up," Guleria said. 

 

The Honda CB Shine achieved the top most goal and millions happy customers in between 54 months by October 2010. The 2 million happy customers came in the next 41 months by April 2014 and next 2 million happy customers came were added in the next 32 months by January 2017. Overall, in this year CB Shine has got its excellent achievement sales in across the globe.
