Chevrolet ready to launch Adra compact SUV concept for Auto Expo 2014

General Motors India is ready to unveil its compact SUV concept “Adra” in the coming Indian Auto Expo 2014. This concept will be based on General Motors global small-vehicle platform, Gamma 2.

Adra might be powered by the same 1.3 litre multijet engine installed in Sail and Enjoy. Adra will compete directly against the likes of Ford EcoSport and Renault Duster and Mahindra and Hyundai’s upcoming crossovers. Chevrolet Adra’s production version will be also sold in many developing countries, whereas Brazil and India will be the main focused markets for the crossover.

Chevrolet will also unveil its other products at the Auto Expo like all new refreshed beat,a special edition of the hatchback in Manchester United colors, Trailblazer, the all-new Corvette C7 Stingray earlier it was showcased at  Detroit motor show 2013 and the Chevrolet Camaro.
