Some More Updates on the Maruti Ciaz with CVT-showcasing at the Bangkok Motor Show
Suzuki Thai website has teased the model, approved its showcase at the at the Bangkok show that opens to the media on the March 24, and to the public on March 25.The model would be competing on the roads with the current running Honda City, Mazda2 Sedan and Toyota Vios.

As reported earlier this week the Brand would be presenting the model at the Bangkok Motor show that would take place on 24th March 2015(press preview).As the Brand’s Thai unit does not manufacture this model so this one would be an India bound model.
At present this particular model is manufacture in India and China only. For the Bangkok show, the car sports a CVT gear Box, in place of the 4-speed Automatic transmission that is out for sale in the local Market. Maruti pitches a 4AT on the petrol variant, powered by a 1.4 cylinder K-series panel of 92.45 PS and 130NM Force. Also the second category of this engine would consist of a 5-Speed manual gear box, that is the basic version.
The Maruti Ciaz was also gifted a new Top –End version along with a touch screen infotainment system recently. The Diesel Ciaz, would be made in Thailand, would be powered by is powered by the 1.3-liter Multi Jet engine, good for 90 PS and 200 Nm of torque, available only with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
