Honda City was shown today at the Bangkok International Motor Show 2014
The new City in Thailand will be powered by the 1.5-liter four-cylinder petrol engine developing 117 PS @6,000 rpm and 146 Nm of torque @ 4,700 rpm. It is mated with the 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic gearbox.
Honda yesterday showcased its 2014 City at the Bangkok International Motor Show. It is just similar as the Indian City either in dimensions and mostly all profiles but there would be some updates in features.
The new City in Thailand will be powered by the 1.5-liter four-cylinder petrol engine developing 117 PS @6,000 rpm and 146 Nm of torque @ 4,700 rpm. It is mated with the 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic gearbox. The Thai City engine is capable of running on E85 Ethanol.
Thai Honda City gets the additional features like Indian City gets dual front airbags while Thailand city gets the 6 airbags. Other features such as hill start assist, VSA (Vehicle Stability Assistant), a 7-inch touch screen system and voice activated controls.
The City in Thailand comes up with the starting price of 550,000 THB (INR 10.24 lakhs) which goes to 749,000 THB (INR 13.95 lakhs).
